FIXED HP Regen bug?

So sitting here at arcane circle in brit bank, I realize I'm at 98/106 hp. Thought maybe something changed with my gear and that is what dropped my HP, but it never regenerated. Now my hp regen isn't very high (currently only 4) but it almost always comes back up to full over time.

I've noticed if you have gear that increases your hp that sometimes it won't regenerate when you first log in, but if you remove a piece and put it back that will go away. Also turn your strength up haha you are way under your stat cap
