NEWS Houses placed outside of their intended price ranges

It has recently been brought to my attention that house prices had become bugged.

This information has always been available.

I will be going around these next few days and removing, while also refunding, the price you payed to place some of these houses. If you had items in these houses you will find them in the bank boxes of the house owner displayed on the sign.

I am mostly interested in preserving the value of Keeps and Castles.

This issue has been fixed. Custom houses placed during the "bugged" out time period will retain their lower values if sold.

Unknowingly what prices were/are on the server i placed a 16x16 outside Luna for a new player (Zoe) and transferred it to her, will you be able to track that transfer, and if so will you be refunding me or her? Not that it matters, i dont need the 100+k that was used. You can give it to her. I think other than castles and keeps the prices should be lowered to help new players on unimproved lots. If the player wants to own a second plot, then, the price should be increased to current values as I look at them now.

I am only working on the Keeps and Castles, as players payed a lot for the original ones. All the ones placed have been removed and the owners refunded.

Any remaining, will remain. (Mostly custom houses)

Also yes I can track all trades and all the ones were original owners / same IPs.

Those other houses will remain but will never hold to internal value, if demolished, of their counterparts.
