So its either still bugged, or pre-patch items are still broke

I'll replace yours but everyone else take this as a warning to not use your Horn Of Plenty until this gets looked into more. We will not be replacing anymore.

Easy fix. So, they aren't supposed to delete?

In my experience, items that re-charge, tend to not disappear when you use the last charge.. i guess this "could" be the exception.

Any item that recharges is NOT supposed to delete.
