FIXED Heritage may be robbing everyone of 3 extra slots!

Not expecting sovs for this - just for reference.

The bug here being that on production, totally naked, you weigh 14 stones. On Heritage you weigh 17 stones.

It appears production does not count the actual backpack towards the weight.

Further confirmed on production that the Backpack still does weigh 3 stones.

Our base weight was set to 14 and we were adding + 3 to make the minimum 17.

My edit simply sets it down to 11 so the +3 from the backpack will = 14.
