Not A Bug Guard Zone way out in the water

So no matter what I do I can not seem to guard a guarded region in that area.

Did someone just come through a moongate, from a town, and the guard showed up and guard wacked something in ocean?

How do we know its a guard zone? and guards disappear when they whack someone. Have we found this guard?

Nope which makes me think maybe the old bug of guards "following" was not fixed? It did not register right away when the player left the town through the gate and the guard came and wacked whatever monster targeted the player and then poofed a few minutes later like they always do, is my best guess.

I went all over that area using the command [checkguarded = no guard zone was found.

The original post has a picture with an abstract title lol. I take it, with the lack of information, he simply stumbled upon this dude in the middle of the ocean. Until we can find this dude, and use [whatisit command on it, we don't know if it is an actual guard from guard zone.

He posted his [where cords in the picture. I went to the location. It seems to be a guard. Nothing is there now.

if you sail south , it says you exit guard zone, then you sail back north and you get message saying your in guard zone, if you call guards on a monster , they kill it and guard takes a swim for a bit and disappears.

This is deep fishing water, should this be a guard zone?
