I accidentally canceled it and I can't get it again through the town crier
I canceled the Khaldun access quest and I can't get it again

Yes, I took the four scrolls from the cemeteries
Rolled Parchment 1,2,3 and 4

From looking at it quickly it appears the town crier:

If you get the quest from him and quit it, you can get it again.

However, if you get a town crier quest, complete part of it, and then quit it, it seems to be blocked by the DoneOnce.
