Not A Bug Gift of Life/Renewal In EC

When I cast either Gift of Life or Gift of Renewal from the spellbook in the Enhanced Client I get a target recticle to attempt to cast them on either myself or another target. When I drag them down into the hotbar they gain a target self tag and will automatically effect myself when cast. When I drag them down in the standard client the target self tag never appears. I believe that it coming with target self automatically shouldn't be happening unless you make a macro that does that.
I'm not sure what source information to link as its a discrepency between the clients when dragging spell icons down.

I don't know how much this helps but the other person who plays from my IP adress also has the same problem.

I would search for this issue on stratics. This sounds like a client issue.
