Not A Bug Gargoyle flying shortcuts not working

I'm encountering the flying shortcuts not working, first would be in the underworld entrance, after you use the wall shortcut a Garg should be able to fly across the gorge heading to the abyss entrance. Also the shortcut to the spirituality quest zone behind the Tomb of Kings.

There are shortcuts for gargoyles all over ter mur.

they are marked by the double sparkles and allow a gargoyle to fly over certain terrain

This is a client issue. I tried this on EA a few months ago and it didnt work there either.
