FIXED Gaining Entry to Labyrinth

One must complete this quest chain to enter the labyrinth, Gamans should drop horns for this to work and priests of Mondain drop map fragments. Also the Isle of the Divide cannot be teleported to or from. You must use the teleporters to enter and leave the Isle. Spawn around the entrance to the Labyrinth should be heavy with snakes and scorpions.

Are the quests just completely missing? I've seen Gaman horns on Heritage.

You also do not have to complete the quests to enter, I just checked on EA. The quest simply guides you there but you can always enter regardless of actually having completed the quest or not.

Even if you look at all your posts, none of them say "grants access". Just that they take you there.

These drop the map fragments on Heritage and now even on EA.

These correctly drop the horns.

The only thing left to Verify is recalling to and from the devide and the spawn. I can do that tonight. Otherwise everything else is in place and working as intended, per real UO. The problem is posts don't always get updated on the UO support and information sites.

I went ahead and updated the spawn per UO.

However I confirmed on Atlantic that I could recall from and to the divide.

I am going to mark this as fixed now as the only bug was the missing spawn.
