FIXED Frost Wood Material Bonus SC is lacking -1 FC

I shouldn't be able to imbue FC 1, then enhance with Frostwood for a no-neg SC. SC always comes with -1 FC.

The result should just be SC in this case (-1 brings FC 1 to zero)

It is a bug that will be patched.

Any existing shields, if enhanced/crafted with Frostwood/Heartwood(with an SC roll) will have -1 FC applied to it if it does not have -1FC already.

If the already enhanced wooden shield has Spell Channeling and +1 FC, the result after the patch will be a shield with Spell Channeling and 0 FC.
