Confirmed Bug Footwear not giving clean-up points

Some fished up footwear is giving a fraction of a point while others are not. On OSI, all fished up footwear give a fraction of a point.

Do we know which ones are not?

I know just plain "boots" did not and then sandles and shoes did not but it almost seemed that the shoes had a certain direction that did and one that did not.

Boots, sandles, and shoes give no cleanup points (should be fraction of a point) but thigh boots work properly. I am only seeing one direction on UOH. OSI has footwear going in both directions, N-S and E-W.

Is this footwear worth the same fraction of a point even if NOT fished up?

I would assume so, the footwear fished up is just normal footwear. The only time it changes when it is fished up while fishing up an SOS, then it gets the label "from a shipwreck" or something similar to that. I will verify those when I am high enough to fish them.

I just need to know on production if even normal footwear, like those purchased from an NPC or made by a player, gives the same fraction of a point.
