FIXED Fishing: Charybdis

The items and the ability to craft Oracle and Charybdis bait don't exist. Can't find anywhere in scripts Charybdis bait, it should drop as fishmonger quest item. So far I have received two Oracles of the Sea but '0' charybdis bait from quests.

Charybdis – Ultima Online

This is a sea encounter that was introduced in publish 71, July 2016. It requires special items from the fishing quest to start, the Oracle of the sea and Charybdis bait. From publish 106, Autumn 2019 these two items can also be crafted, the Oracle by a tinker and the bait by a cook, however they still require rare ingredients, obtainable from Ancient SoS chests.

1 Samuel’s secret sauce, 50 raw fish steaks, 3 salted serpent steak

Double check verify all artifacts drop, towards bottom are newer artifacts and recipes added to these mobs

Read entire post. Items to craft ability to craft are all the artifacts in place. (I question everything this is a very time consuming endeavor to sail around, fish and deliver to random ports, I have nearly 200 or more of each bait but never get Charybdis, this may be why they made it craftable.)
