Couldn't you just assume the belt should hold enhanced bandages, because otherwise the belt is sort of useless?

I guess my point was that it should accept then because why wouldn't it? What logic would there be to have someone put all that work into getting the gear piece, and have the bandages people usually use not be valid. But ok.
