FIXED Fireplace / Hearth / Owens not placeable on Third Floor

So apparently you cannot build a 'Hearth of the Home Fire' on the Third floor of a house next to a wall.
In the middle of the room it is fine. First floor against any wall its fine. Second floor against any wall is fine.

I have tried everything, rebuilding, making the floor open (no middle walls), removing roof etc.
It does not work.

This is a deed you get to chose the target with your cursor.

Tapestries -> Cannot be built close to a door.
What is this? Ive done this on OSI and I have sent Dan/Dexter pictures of me having it like this on OSI.


**I replicated this on OSI with exact design etc and it works there**

Update, this comes to more than This kind of Addon.

I cannot place beds nor Clawfoot tubs.

I do not have this issue on OSI (Close to the door) (Cant place on the third floor) etc.

Update on the last, if i cleared a room with all walls and placed a tub, then customized and built new walls it stayed there.

Hearth still do not work here. For me, this is a crucial bug because it halts my projects
