FIXED Few things missing from vendors.

• Royal City Blacksmiths should carry the book to allow miners to obtain regular gems from mining.
• Jewelers should carry an item called Beads, which are used for the Spellweaving quest "Friend of the Fey"

I did the Fey quest on 2 characters this weekend and I bought Beads from a Jeweler in Brit, so this change had to occur recently
My miner has all the books and bought them in Termur but that was close to 3 years ago, this must have also got changed somehow as well

Yes we are doing a re-write of what vendors sell. Soon they will start to sell more valuable and usable items.

I made it so Miners sell all of the needed mining books. Just seek out a miner NPC, any facet.
I re-added beads for the quest, you should now be all set.

I am going to mark this as fixed but these changes were intentional.
