FIXED Fermentation Barrel

It wont let me do anything with it, i cant drop ingredients on it, or use anything in the context menu... renaming the vintage did nothing. I also cannot set the security on the barrel (dont know if that has anything to do with it)

Does it give different options between I wish to lock this down and I wish to secure this or does it act the same regardless?

No when i say, "I wish to secure this" it locks it down, it does not say.. Locked down and secure.

You add the fruit to it (80), then the yeast, then the option lights up. Need to have the correct Alchemy and Cooking too.

Okay so, I leveled Alchemy, cuse all i had was cooking at the time, i tried to drop 80 pears, and 1 Yeast on the barrel in a house i was co-owned too.. and nothing happened, the pears and the yeast just dropped back in my pack. So i released it with the owner, and gave it to my cook, and tried it in his pack, and it worked. Are we sure there is no setting on the realUO barrel that allows security to be set?

Okay so some strange activity going on with the fermentation barrel. Now that the wine i made is matured, 1st off there is no indication that it is done, or not.. 2.) I have collected 7 bottle of wine from it so far, and its only lost 1 charge. 3.) When im clicking the barrel to make bottles.. sometimes it says its spoiled, and sometimes it gives me a bottle of wine.



It says that i should empty the barrel, but yet if i just spam click it, i get bottles of wine. You would think, if the wine is bad, its bad, you empty the barrel and start over, and NOT be able to collect wine from them.

Made a macro to spam click the barrel, and filled my bag with bottles of wine.. the 1st time i clicked the barrel, it placed a bottle in my bag, and said there were 19 Bottles
left. So it started with 20 bottles, even tho it didnt say it did when I logged in.

Using a fermentation barrel

hi all, I've recently got a fermentation barrel but I'm struggling how to begin fermentation it says I don't have enough fruit or yeast how many do I need to start the process

I dont know if this is 100% correct, but you cannot open the barrel like a container, The Barrel will only take 80 fruit, and it didnt add a year.
