Powder of Fortification kegs now update their total charges right away when POF is added to them.

The Thunderstorm spell has had its range increase slightly from a max of 8 tiles to a max of 10 tiles. (Area of Effect: 4 tile radius +1 per Focus level)
The New Castles and Keeps Can now be swapped from their legacy form, safely, using the house menu.
WARNING: Most castles and keeps were placed using deeds when they were for sale on the UO Heritage store. When you "swap" a Castle or Keep all it does is refund the original price into your bank box and then saves the land for you to re-place another design. Since the deeded versions hold a value of 0 I would not recommend swapping them at this time.
Players can no longer report a murderer more than one time, per kill.
Fixed issue where the City Trade Deal buff icon was persisting even after the deal ended.
Added a 30 second target timeout to animal taming. Also, skill wait time reduced to 40 seconds (30 second timeout, 10 second tame timer) in the rare even the target gets hung. This should prevent the rare cases of players being unable to use skills after spamming a macro.
The Enemy of One buff will now persist through death, if it is still active.
Tinker Bench (under the Decorations tab in the UOH Donation Store)
Costs 200 Sovereigns.
Power tool for tinkering that allows tinkering.
Stores up to 5000 charges.
Works like all the other tool holding stations.
The Repair Bench (under the Decorations tab in the UOH Donation Store)
Costs 300 Sovereigns.
Allows the house owner, or anyone with access level, to add or use Repair Deeds that were preloaded into the bench.
Note once you load a Legendary (120) repair deed into the Bench only 120s can be added, until used up.
If set to public players can set up public repair stations!
The Gadgetry Table (under the Decorations tab in the UOH Donation Store)
Costs 1,000 Sovereigns.
Allows the house owner to summon an Advanced Tinkered Golem once every 24 hours.
Costs 3 slots and can only control one at a time.
Having the Tinker skill will assist in making the golem more powerful.
Started with capped skills and there is no training necessary.
No tinkering is required to control.
Can set access to public or guild only to help new players.
Boss Kill Tracker Board
Using the Kill Tracker Board you can see what your individual shard mates have been up to! You can even drill down to see exactly what they have been killing.
We would like to expand this so you can see your own personal stats at anytime.
Right now the board is located out of Luna's East Gate where the golden statue is.
On UO players on Test Center can create 23x23 and 32x32 customizable houses for the Castle and Keep design contest (these unique Castle and Keep designs can already be purchased on Heritage using the normal house placement tool). Customizable 23x23s and 32x32s will never be on production shards. Due to this we have created a new custom Donation Store item.
A Special House Placement Tool
Costs 10,000 Sovereigns.
Comes with ONE charge.
Allows you to place either a 23x23 (Keep Size) or 32x32 (Castle Size) customizable plot.
Allows construction of this plot on any facet that allows housing, to include Malas.
Once placed one should never demolish this house. They will receive no refund so pick your location carefully.
These houses can be freely traded, like any other house, to other players for gold, items, ect.
