Please provide more detail in the testing you did.

What item was in your hand?

What item was it swapped for?

I had a scimitar in my hand, put it into my bag, when I used the equip last weapon client macro the weapon went to my hand and it disarmed my shield

I just did some testing, it does NOT happen if you switch to a 2nd weapon using it. If you arm a weapon to an empty hand it will disarm your shield. [happens with all weapons I have tried so far]

Thank you. This issue should now be resolved and the equip last weapon macro should now arm and disarm correctly.
