Underworld Quest with Elder Dugan

Tasked to kill 10 Grey goblins. Once you kill 10, a goblin captain is to appear in front of you and the following Quest dialog pops up.
As you can see, this only pops up once you return to Elder Dugan. I was quit confused when he was shouting that I had come to kill him. Its just not his dialog.
Not quite sure what Elder Dugan's quest gump should say upon returning. I did receive Goblin blood from a couple of goblins in the Grey Goblin area. Those remained in my pack after the quest was complete although it does not say it is a quest item.
Will need to try this one on EA to see how all of the quest is supposed to play out.
