Not A Bug Enchanced Skill Gain In New Haven, And Chivalry

Chiv is taking WAAAAAAYYYY! longer than any of the other skills i have done. When i gain skill, i gain up to 3.. but getting a gain takes a while

All the skills funnel to the same skill gain method. Maybe the spell that is being cast? I am not seeing anything for chivalry specific.

Okay. I was using the skill the quest told me to use.. Ended up finishing it anyway, just felt really slow compared to others
