Not A Bug Dragon Wolf slots

According to uo-cah its possible to tame them with 3 or 4 slots.
But according to git hub we have only 4slot version on heritage.

That code is not where that is handled.

That is all left over from before the pet training system was added. The control slots listed on the animal themselves is from long before this system and play no part anymore in determining how it spawns. Instead it is all housed in PetTrainingHelper.cs

All tamable and trainable creatures are listed here. While it will say, in the wolf's case, slots are 4 to 5 there is then another check that can force it down one based on the stats of the mobile.

Look at Nightmare, for example:
https://github.com/TrueUO/TrueUO/blob/master/Scripts/Services/Pet Training/PetTrainingHelper.cs#L711 the 3 to 5 is its base slots. Though two is still possible.
