FIXED Despicable Quiver (stats not auto loading after restart)

I have to drop the quiver and re-equip it after server restarts to get the effects of the back piece.

I can provide proof tomorrow after restart if needed (already re-equipped for the day)

What effects are missing?

the Dex, the Hit chance and the Archery that i have confirmed, so really the easy ones to notice are missing, i can use -inspect to check the others i believe.

Do they just not apply their bonuses? Do they still physically appear on the item?

Yes, they still appear on the item, you have to remove the quiver and re-equip them to get them to apply

Thanks I will take a look at it this weekend. As far as you can tell it is only quivers? Does anyone know if it is Quivers only or all Back slot items(cloak garg wings, ect)? That will help me narrow down why OnLogin it is not validating one or the other.

I checked capes and wings, so far it didnt do it, today i checked and it kept the HCI and Fire resists (though i have seen these missing before. I did strip down to only my quiver so perhaps that made some stats load?), but the Dex and Archery did not apply:
