FIXED Deck Cluttered - Cannot Dry Dock Ship

I used my boat about a week ago and killed a couple elementals when I got back to land I tried to dry dock the boat and it told me it was cluttered I waited a few hours and returned to the same thing and now I return a week later and still can't get it to dry dock and you can only have 1 boat so I thought I would ask here.

The boat is on even land.
I locked both sides of the boat.
The deck is completely clear of clutter, I used all names and see nothing.
The Cargo hold is completely empty.
Told him to drop anchor but nothing happens.
I've tried to dock in numerous different locations over the course of the week.
I've tried flipping the boat.
I've traded the key to another account but Account1 still owns the boat.

Its a small Dragon Boat.

Alright, I had to go and delete the boat. There was nothing cluttering the deck, is that the message you were getting?

Nevermind, that old boat survives on Test Center.

This issue has been resolved.

A very strange issue regarding a few hidden "teleporters to no where" were floating around the ocean since the early days, probably first world creation in 2016, waiting to get snagged up on boats.

We've identified and removed them all so this issue should now be resolved.
