FIXED Death Ray max 1 user per target/boss.

Disclaimer: I can't find anywhere online that states this so you might skip this report.

On OSI only one person can Death Ray a target. I was surprised by this as on Heritage I don't remember having this issue.
But on OSI it will actually tell you someone is already Death Raying the target. Next time I see this message I will try to screenshot it.

Well, they crossed the streams to reverse the gate and kill gozer (marshmallow form). We need a marshmallow form in UO, that would be awesome. Low fire resist, force walk, but super strong!

hehehe...somewhere on the old RunUO forums there code for the Excremental. A little surprise I cooked up for an old shard back in '04 or so. It would give Gozer a run for his money
