FIXED Cuff of the archmage not keeping cloth color .

looks like cuff's should keep color of cloth used when crafting.
i used tailor reward red cloth but got plain color item when crafting.

Seems to be from Heritage, but it would be interesting to see what it is on RealUO

The bug here is the Gump saying that. On Heritage it should not say that it "Retains" color.

Also, it seems from looking at this menu that on Heritage it requires 5 Dark Sapphire and on production it takes 4. I will fix that part now.

So the bug that does still remain here is this item should not claim to retain the color of this material. Marking this as a confirmed bug due to that.
