Not A Bug CU Sidhe starting skills bugged?

So a Cu Sighe after first training, only comes with 3 AOE abilities to choose from. Explosive goo, Aura of energy, and essence of earth.
UO-Cah states it should also have poison breath, area of nausesa, and essence of disease..

Can you please look into this when you have time. Thank you!

What I get from looking over this too is that if a creature has poison as an inherent ability then it gains access to the AOE right away.

Since a Cu does not your first step would have to be to add poisoning first to THEN unlock it. UO-Cah is showing all possible, and while it is possible there is a pre-requisite.

If someone with more knowledge of the pet training system could comment it would be appreciated.

From my experience - whenever i wanted to put poison breath on my pets (beetles, Cu, nightmares) i had to take poisoning first (if i remember right that's the only time when you can select something from area skills list AFTER taking magic ability)

EDIT: After checking it - i was wrong. That does not work on Cu

But pretty sure a Triton, who has it innately, can train the AOE first. As the poison ability was already there first, by default. That is if I am understanding the system correctly.

Fair enough. I appreciate your help looking into this. Perhaps triton is bugged. I could give my triton poison breath. but He did not come with the ability inately. Had to add it after I added all skills
