Craft-able Anniversary Items

I see these were obtained during an anniversary event, they are in the Tinkering craft menu. Are the recipes obtainable somewhere?

All of them say this, and i have noticed others in other crafts. Next time i run into them I will post here.

Ill look in the code. They may spawn with the random Eodon recipies.
