Your issue is that you are not using Caddelite infused wood pulp. You need to go outside that area gather stuff for wood pulp. Stuff from the rest of the world is useless.

I think you dont get it, im gathering caddelite infused bark fragments from trees in t2a, then, using the spot on SS to cook those to change into infused wood pulp.. and that is not working, what i not tested yet is using water from there too..
