FIXED Cloak Bug?

After the latest refresh and update, the cloak of Power my crafter mule was wearing became labeled as "Elves Only". Human can not equip anf longer.

Thanks, we will have this fixed shortly.

@Dexter CloakOfPower, CloakOfDeath and CloakOfLife are all elven style cloaks that can be worn by Humans and Elves. After the update due to their ItemID they defaulted to Elves only.

Wild staffs have been affected as well. My balakais shaman staff now says elves only.
