FIXED Clean-Up Points not working for Fishing Chests

Each chest should be 100 clean-up points. Heritage does not give any clean-up points. Pictures from OSI.

This is from Heritage just now and a wooden treasure chest. Just an FYI while you are looking into it. It did not give any points.

Asking as a refresher, this may have gotten lost .
I did the appraise on the rusty one and it said 100.
But when I dropped it, it was only 33, the value of the stuff inside.
Empty one does the same, appraise 100, no points

This will resolve the issue where Paragon Chests, and SOS Chests (like the ones pictured) were not being counted correctly. It does need further testing though to make sure it is still awarding points for the chest contents correctly. See the PR link for more information.
