My City loyalty doesn't seem to want to increase despite doing lots of "positive" things. I've turned in lots of BODS and done spawns, and yet my status is still disgraced. What do?

Yes I get messages everytime I do something positive. I think the "hate" penalty is super high. I know gaining loyalty is harder in a "hated" state.

I just dropped a runic val bod onto moonglow and there was no change to my loyalty. A val runic hammer bod should make it sky rocket.

I just also turned in 200 Scribe BOD's to moonglow with no change.

At what rate when hated? I shouldn't have been hated to begin with due to the Awakening stuff being on. I have tried really hard to get out of that hole but no matter how many champs, bods I redeem, gold I donate, materials, etc. It just sits there.
Here is a test, try giving me 100k wood and let me donate it. That should make me instantly venerated. (by a long shot). I bet my loyalty doesn't move.

Hatred has nothing to do with the love gain rate. Before, when you gained in love, other cities would shift some of that towards hatred/nuetrality. That is no longer the case. Nothing else was changed. Next update i'll be able to read players actual point levels, I'll know more where your at then. But for now, its gaining.

Hatred sure does have an effect. It says right on UO.com that if you are HATED, its harder to get back to LOVED. (it doesn't say that specifically, but it does talk about "mixed" pasts)

- While the world is in chaos, all cities distrust each other. This is why trying to be devoted to multiple cities will just earn neutral ratings from all. However, this will not always be the case…
