FIXED Character refusing trades shows the wrong name when you try to trade with them

Most of my chars have refuse trades on as it crashes me.

I tried to trade with necroo to test the disappearing mount bug issue out and it says the character who initiated the trade is refusing trades

For clarity AxeMeAQuestion is accepting trades and initiated the trade with necroo
