FIXED Can't exit Ararat encounter!

Well, i was doing Ararat and died, tried to exit being a ghost and i can't leave! Says that i need the poper gear...

Could you have possible be out of sync with the server? I have not been able to do that. Where you are standing, y ou are in the region. It only gives that message if your not in the region, and trying to enter.

So I had to come to this player twice. I could see them running around dead on the waterside, no matter what, as a ghost the player could not leave. The code seems to look for the equipment being on, but a ghost can not equip it. I do not believe the region blocks staff.

i tested it as a player. I could leave even if i were dead.
