Not A Bug Can't bank BODs

I had had a problem where the smith ( New Haven + checked another city ) would no longer do business with me. Found it was an odd interaction with the carpenter and got that cleared up. Went back and could turn in smith BODs again but cannot bank any points. Just do not get the option. Which was kind of the point now. Any fixes?

What assistant/client do you use? Do you happen to have something checked that forces some menus to close?

You have your character set to Disable the banking of Blacksmith points.

You must have accidentally clicked that button at some point on the BOD.

Next time you log on, double click a smithy bod and click that Button until it says Banking Points Enabled. After that, the function you remember should return to normal.
