Pic one is the wall tile i want to place at the north edge of plot but it cannot be placed...pic three is the corner tiles which can be placed
Sadly no idea where the issue is other tiles (different optics can be placed)

This is known CUO issue. For building switch to old 2d

Yeah, thought so. Had a few other PMs over Discord about this. CUO was the common issue.

ClassicUO has extreme tile issues when it comes to building houses, the build menu to the placement. I always use Razor or Uosteam when i build.

This is not a bug. the client controls house customization.
