FIXED Bowcraftin & Fletching

i'm trying to change to yew boards in my fleching menu but it says i cant work that stange and unusual wood. uoguide says that i should be able to work yew at 85 fletching but im now 93.7 and still cant use yew.

Marking this as a confirmed bug and working on the fix now.

It seems we were taking the values needed to HARVEST it: https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/skills/lumberjacking/

Which were not the correct values needed to craft with it.
