FIXED Bow with 2 Hit Area Properties

This bow cant be a year old, i cant tell you where i got it, as i stockpile bags of loot and sort later, sometimes i will fill a house with bags "Literally" before sorting. I know you cannot imbue 2 Hit properties on a weapon. That is why this looked funny to me.. I asked Dan in discord if it was a bug, and he told me to post it here. This is the 1st time I have ever seen something like this on Heritage.
