I had tamed 2 skeletal dragons and purchased 2 bonding potions to bond and stable them. The bonding worked but when I went to stable them it would not let me. It was then I figured something was wrong. I'm guessing there not to be bonded. There sweet pets and would be nice if they were able to e boded and stalled.

Unfortunately Command Undead is not the same as "taming" a creature. Keeping those Skeletal Dragons long term was never meant in the design.
That being said you found a good bug here where even summons could have the potions applied to them.
This issue has been fixed and following tomorrows restart it will no longer be possible. I will refund your bond potions in this situation due to the prompt reporting.
