Cannot Reproduce Bedlam entrance stops working.

- upon leaving Bedlam entering the healers hut in Umbra, the Iron Maiden that you click to enter Bedlam no longer becomes clickable (meaning i can't get back into Bedlam)
I have to log off & back on for it to function again.
It doesn't always happen but whenever it does, have to log out/in for it to work.
When it is clickable/working it highlights yellow whenever i put the cursor over it.
When it is not working, it does not highlight.
I use the steam client if that makes any difference.

I believe there are issues specifically with UOSteam and "remembering" items in the world sometimes.

Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions for the OP?

It happens to me although it is quite rare, and I am using steam.

Unfortunately, this appears to be a Steam issue. Steam is showing its age.
