FIXED Bard Song - Not able to cancel the song without mana

Hi,

I noticed that I can't cancel a bard mastery song without the necessary mana to be cast, but cancel the song don't cost any mana. This leads to strange situations, because you don't have mana to cancel the song, but the song is active so you can not regenerate mana in a good shape, so it leaves you in a weak status.

I test today in EA Test Server 1 and it is possible to cancel the song without having any mana available.
