Part of the monster Stealing system, I've farmed these for quite awhile and never seem to get the Gem of Salvation to drop, also the other day I attempted to use a balm of protection and it doesn't apply the lotion, I can't say if this is true for the rest of the lotions and balms. In 36 drops not one Gem of Salvation. See the picture below.

None of them seem to work.

Yes can confirm it worked long ago on a RunUO Server
I attached originals if it helps.
