I dont think it matters but fyi,
the last auction completed and i was not around for several days.
The auction complete message must of hit its time limit for deletion because i never seen it.
(so i dont even know how much last one sold for)

Ok yes, since I was the first bidder I set my OWN reserve price. At 1.1m
Any attempts on trying to make a bid underneath that will fail. The starter price is set as 3gp.
So if nobody else put an offer, i will win it at 3gp. But if someone puts an offer on it, next list price will be 1.100.001 gold, since my reserve were 1.1mill

That's not how pull options (or w/e they are called in auctions) work. It should just auto outbid the person with 1gold more up to the threshold - driving your cost up. Low bids shouldn't be invalidated, only beaten until your threshold.
