FIXED Are elite ninjas supposed to one shot you that easily??

I've been looking for colored Hiryus and farming some ToTs and these dudes will literally out of nowhere jump on me and kill me with a flurry of shit within literally one or two seconds before I can even cure/heal. I NEVER remember them doing that much damage before.

I can 100% agree with this. The elite ninjas here use a whirling ability that will proc 100+ damage in small 1-20 damage hits in a matter of 1 or 2 seconds. Skeletal Dragons also hit substantially harder than they do on OSI. You can see in this video a sampire doing Rooftop solo, and compare the damage taken from the Skeletal Dragons (0:23-2:00) and the damage taken from the elite ninjas (2:40-9:20) to the damage taken here, it's catastrophically different. This video is a couple of years old, so I can get on OSI and test out some encounters with these soon if needed.
