FIXED Arcane Empowerment Doesn't update status window unless reopened

Hi there,

If you cast arcane empowerment, the SDI stat in your status window does not change, making people think it isn't working. However, if you reopen your status, the SDI value gets updated.

@Dan suggested this should be posted as it might be some invalidateProperty issue.
