Not A Bug Anvil of Artifacts sum of resists while using runics

So to cut things short:
120 tailoring + 100 arms lore
Exceptional gorget without Anvil or runic - resitst sum 36
Exceptional gorget with Anvil - resists sum 36
Exceptional gorget with Anvil and runic - resists sum 27
Exceptional bonus seems to be not calculated onto the item when using runic kit (item in first pic was made using spinned runik kit)



Runic bonus and exceptional bonus are not calculated into the item when you craft exceptional piece of armor using runic kit. All you can get are props that will go into resists instead of something else

No, it is working exactly how it should. Here are the base resists for this item:

        public override int BasePhysicalResistance => 2;
        public override int BaseFireResistance => 4;
        public override int BaseColdResistance => 3;
        public override int BasePoisonResistance => 3;
        public override int BaseEnergyResistance => 4;

As you can see, each exceptional resist adds up perfectly with the base resist. In picture #2, 3 of your runic properties were resists. The fourth was mage armor.

So that means that exceptional item crafted with runic kit has LOWER base resists than exceptional item crafted with regular sewing kit (when there's no resists from runic props).

This is bizzarre but just checked on OSI TC and it's the same... wow

Though I do get that certain resources give other bonuses at the cost of resists sometimes.

You're adding the exceptional bonus to the base resists. Its always been like this. All your doing here is guaranteeing where the resists are going.
