Allow Reds into Trammel Facets

We are considering allowing Reds to access Trammel based facets.

Reds would NOT be able to interact with any NPCs or the bank while in a Trammel facet.

Reds would NOT be able to have any positive actions applied to them (IE: Heals, cures, rezing) unless it was from a guild member.

Otherwise Reds would be treated like any other blue character. Fighting could not be initiated by blue vs red or vice versa. (The only exception is VvV where all normal rules would apply)

If this does get implemented red vs blue VvV action in All Facets should still be a thing... This just makes it more of a risk vs reward when joining VvV knowing a red from another guild in VvV might come checking Labyrinth to kill your VvV geared out Sampire.. just like a blue VvV can come check as well but most of the strong PvPers are going to be red.

It would be. Nothing would change VvV wise.

Implemented on ServUO. Had a few issued fixed where reds can use banks/commands in town. That will no longer be the case. They will have to go to bucs den.
