FIXED Aegis of Grace - Circlet Version

Is the "Aegis of Grace" circlet version supposed to be meddable? The only results I found was some very old Stratics post where they tested that it was. On this server it isn't and was wondering if the official shards changed it.

Since it can also come as a dragon helmet, it would appear not. I've never heard of it being medable.

Circlet - UOGuide

Circlets are a Medable form of armor that can be worn by only Elves - and Humans The Royal Circlet is Elf only but not this one. They are crafted by blacksmiths, and can be recycled using a Salvage Bag or smith tool. To perform either action your character must be standing near an anvil and forge. Smelting provides a better return if you have a high level of mining. Requires the Mondain's Legacy expansion.

I know this is not proof of the current state of the official shards and it may not have been at that time. But here are some links discussing it.

IMO the circlet version should be, as circlets appear to be medable, can you also confirm if you get the LMC bonus which for metal and scale armors would be +1.
Also circlets in general, being only allowed to be worn by elves, why is that version of the artifact not elven only.

Publish 81 introduced Armor Inherent Lower Mana Cost. Each piece of non-medable armor will provide LMC with the exception of woodland armor. Each piece of armor (up to five pieces) will provide a small percentage of LMC, which is not subject to the item property LMC cap of 40% and is neither shown on the item itself. The armor pieces which provide the most LMC will take priority (see list below):

• Studded leather, hide armor, stone armor and bone armor provides 3% of LMC per piece
• Platemail, ringmail, chainmail, and dragon armor provides 1% of LMC per piece
• Non-medable and woodland armor provides no inherent LMC.

@Dexter I confirmed on UO that this item is medable when in circlet form. The problem is the way it was coded to begin with, if you could have a look when you get some time it would be appreciated.

@RedBeard the LMC inherent bonuses are in. Also there are a few Circlets that can be worn by both races, this is one of them. Also confirmed on UO as I wore it on my human character.

No if you look it has a circlet version, the ItemID. It was coded in a shitty way.

The dragon helmet is not medable but the circlet version should be medable.
