I posted about this a little while ago - I believe when it was patched it fixed the conflags but NOT the Explo Potions.
Explo Potions do damage from LINE OF SIGHT of THE POTION - So if you are hiding behind a wall and I throw my potion on the corner of that wall the player should take damage even though i cannot see him... as of right now on heritage Explo Potions only do Damage if the player CAN SEE the person. Which doesn't matter.. Its all line of sight from the potion.
