FIXED Let co-owners use the Harpsichord

Seems only the house owner can use a Harpsichord.

Requesting to allow others to use it. At a minimum other co-owners.

This problem also exists for powerscroll books - co-owners cannot set security for the books they lock down.

Well I wouldn't go so far as to call it a problem just yet. Not unless someone can show me one on UO.

Regardless moving this to bug reports until we find out yay or nay.

In this case it is missing all lock-down options making it similar to the bug I posted with the Telescope.

This issue has been fixed though I believe with more of a custom edit.

I tested this on OSI and you don't even need to have friend or co-owner, or guild status to use this.

On a house set to public you can use it as a stranger.
