Tested this and he is right, it is a bug..
NO MAGERY FIELD OF ANY KIND can have wall of stone casted over it, if you cast Paralyze field on OSI it looks like it almost could be on the same set of tiles but it is actually not(just a heads up if you are testing yourself.)
